Purchase Policy
1. Please kindly confirm the Purchase Order Form with our agent before payment is made.
2. Do inform us once payment is made and we will send the items ordered for packaging and will send out for delivery on the following day. 1-2 days are required for express shipping and 5-7 days are required for regular shipping.
3. Orders will be cancelled automatically if payment is not made within the 2 working days upon order made or without any further notice given for late payment
Stock Return Policy
Items are returnable or exchangable within 3 days upon receiving, if customer wants to return or exchange the item, please make sure that it complies with our policy below:-
Important Notes :
- Customers may need to cover the return and replacement shipping fees.
- Items must be return in the original packaging include taps, tag, carton or boxes. Any of these missing, the return request will not be entertained.
- If the request for returning is later than 3 days, we will not entertain it.
- We hope our customers would understand that we are running a low profit margin scheme in order to provide a competitive product pricing. Therefore we will only cover the shipping fees for the replacement items if the returned items are due to damaged stocks or items that stained massively.
Returnable/Exchangeable Section
- Items that are terribly damage or stained.
- If the size is far from your expectation then we allow exchange to be made with other sizes if available.
- If material quality is not up to buyer's expectation, we will provide a new item replacement with the same size and color if available
- If buyers are not satisfied with the quality of the design or cutting, buyers are allowed to exchange the design with others that are of the same pricing or higher. If a higher price item is selected, buyers are required to pay the remaining top-up value.
